LOCATION

This lovely apartment, decorated in the colors of the sky and the sea, is located in the historic center of Ostia, lido di Roma, in a pedestrian area and well served. It is possible in fact to reach bars, restaurants and clubs. The location is also strategic with respect to the most important connections: 150mt from the beach and the pleasant promenade, 500mt from the metro that connects to the center of Rome and in 10 minutes walk you reach the Cotral stop that connects to the airport of Rome Fiumicino.

APARTMENT
Located on the second floor without elevator, the apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, living area with kitchen complete with all amenities and dining room. Possibility of a third bed in one of the two rooms for a maximum capacity of 5 people.
The rooms are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning.
Guests have free wi-fi, washing machine, microwave, kettle and coffee maker.

Refundable deposit
A deposit of € 100 upon arrival is required to pay in cash. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash after a check of the accommodation’s condition.

Tourist tax
At check-in you will be charged the tourist tax to be paid in cash.
Smoking is not allowed and parties/events are not permitted inside the property.
